I’ll second that, and submit #2:
Having tall countertops. Seriously. At 5’10” I almost break my back every time I have to peel a potato.
Also, free parking (although, if memory serves, you already have that) is a bonus.

You can have your own washer & dryer in your own house. A backyard. Garage.

Frankly, I’d just be happy with any counters at this point…
It might be nice to have room for a sofa too…
