Someone tell me why it always seems to happen that when you have an extra day off that you inevitably get sick.
We had Columbus day off (I can’t remember if I’ve every had that day off before now), and I was miserably sick. Poor Kyle had a sick and brokeded wife on his hands and he couldn’t do a thing to fix it.
I have an assignment coming up that’s due this Thursday and I had planned to do some research on yesterday, but my body has a natural but quite annoying habit of completely shutting down when I’m sick. I can’t do anything. I become placid and I zone all the time. I probably slept something like eighteen to twenty hours yesterday, and that was only at the peak of being sick! I’ve actually not been feeling very well since Saturday or so. Oh well, now that I’m feeling somewhat better, well, as much better as a constantly dripping nose will let you be, I’ll try to get some more work done.
I have to head into town in a couple of minutes to go to my health law class. We have a midterm exam in that class next Monday or I might seriously consider not going in at all. Anyway, it’s a good thing you can’t get viruses over the internet…
